Way more artistic film direction in this one. Much subtler visual messages. The movie just flies off the screen. - for those of you dissapointed because every detail from the book isn`t in the movie, go read the book again. You would need an 8 hour movie to replicate the books detail. Wonderful job.

I was a little disappointed the first time I heard that Chris Columbus wasn`t to direct this movie, but when I saw it, it was great. Even though, everything was changed (the wardrobe, the hair styles, even the wands) I still think that it was a great movie, but why did the change the wands and stuff?

I thought the movie was good but a lot of important stuff was left out of the book such as the authors who made the Marauders Map and how each of them got their nicknames. The movie was different from the first two and Dumbledore was not as good as in the other two movies. Gambon needs to work on that better for the other movies.

In terms of visual effects, the movie was alright. That`s about all I can say about the ONLY positive of this movie.

This movie rocked. Even though it strayed alot from the books, all in all it was awsome. And come on it isnt the actual book ITS THE MOVIE so get over it. If you read the book like i did, dont be disappointed, you know everything else that really happened. I loved Sirius, and Lupin. They were greatly cast. I miss Richard harris. Just to let you know, watch the movie, and then read the book. Because the book is better than the movie, but the movie is still amazing.
