Harry Potter was an ok movie in my opinion. The first two movies were better. I read the book and they left out alot of important information. Other than that, it is a great movie for the younger children!

its awesome but it did miss a few parts that i would`ve liked to see in the movie and it was little to quick for changing scenes.

I was very disapointed with the directing of this film. I have read all the books more times than I can remember, and the movie was just no comparison to the books whatsoever. Dumbledore`s character made him seem like he has had a dose of speed or something. All in all, I guess I will continue viewing the movies, as I am a huge Harry Potter fan. Signed, Disapointed

Harry Potter 3 was an ok movie. Iwas really excited before i went to see it but then i was very disappointed. They missed many parts out of the book. eg. When Ron sees Sirius hovering over him with a knife in the night, who the marauder map creators are, he gets the broom for christmas and magonagall takes it away, Ron and Hermoine fight way more, No one knows why Sirius "betrayed" harry`s parents, and no one knows where crookshanks comes from. This is just to name a few mistakes. I hope that Chris Columbus can patch things up for the next movie because #3 was definitely the worst!!

OMG!! they left out soo many fun parts of the book? this movie was... horrible.. i lovveee the 1st and 2nd!! i feel so embarassed for the director!! i hope the old one comes back! they didn`t even end it properly!! since when does harry get the firebolt at the end of the movie?? and doesn`t mcgonagal check it for half the year?? where`s ron`s new owl? if i hadn`t read the book i would`ve been soooo confused! i`m so dissapointed, as i expect many others are. I don`t care if you couldn`t fit it all into one movie!! then make two if you have to! arg! okay i`m finished ranting... although i`m still very dissapointed! Yui

They shouldn`t have changed the book at all. Although the series of books grows constantly darker the rather sharp change from Columbus` slow transformation to darker scenes to Cuaron`s immediate jump takes away from the movie. Not the best so far. Hopefully it gets better. The idea of putting the three leads in more `muggle" clothing took away from the whole idea of wizard life which draws so many fans to this mystery world.
