  I felt this movie provided the viewer with all the best scenes from the novels. I could not have imagined this any better than the way the director has brought this epic to the big screen. It was an amazing film, one which I will see again and which is definately a worthy addtion to anyone`s DVD collection. If you want to see the fantasy saga that started them all, see this! If you want to see one amazing story brought to life, then see this! If you want to see the best film of the year, then you better go see this one! It was awesome! Sincerely, Sarah Bailey

  I`m not going to say anything about the movie except this...I saw it twice on the same day. Keep in mind it is a 3 hour movie.

  IT was the best movie ever. I would pay to see it 50 times. I will defintly buy it. I can`t wait for the Two towers to come out and the return of the king. I love Elijah wood and orlando bloom they are so cute. (well orlando is cute in the movie not in real life) Elijah is cute both ways. I would probably rate this movie 99999999999999999etc. if i could.

  Excellent... Followed the books to the teeth. What more do you want... A movie based on the book ... everyone knows how hard it is to put a whole novel into a movie... They did a unbelievable job... THE BEST REPRODUCTION OF A BOOK ONTO THE SCREEN!!! They did such a good job that even if you didn`t read the books you still understood the whole story and characters.   just lovved the movie The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring. It was much more than I had ever suspected. The visual effects were astounding. i will definently see it at least once again, Thank you viewers for listing to my comments!

  Incredible! Best novel adaptation I have ever seen. Epic that you can see again and again
