  What a refreshing change. I initially thought this movie was another (HO HUM) science fiction( B-Grade) The DVD will probable end up retail stores like Walmart. Boy was I ever wrong. This movie raises the bar . For cliche type movies of," the worse case scenarios." Two Flexible actors that can cover most genres and pull it off with panache. You got George whose talents can make even the most cheesiest films palatable and Sandra no slouch she managed to hold her own. Despite her soft nerdy nature. I hope she continues challenging Rolls even with veteran leads.

  Special effects are good..but yawnnnnnn....not worth the hype. Definitely won't be on my "need to download" list!

  This movie is a mixture of action and suspense. It is beautifully filmed by Alfonso Cuaron and you really get to see space in a new perspective. This movie constantly keeps you on the edge of your seat, however if you like dialogue and character development this movie will leave you wanting more.
