  Weightless dialogue and plot. Sentimentality disguised as profundity, glibness as courage. Star Wars special effects and improbable science. Like any female astronaut, the sole survivor has lost a 4 year old and hides in her spacesuit. But disaster reignites her super-mom-ness and she is able to land safely using an infantile check list written in Chinese. If you love nonsense, you will love this one.

  This was my first 3D movie experience which was amazing just by itself. The action starts right away and keeps you riveted throughout. The special effects were great. I always enjoy Sandra Bullock anyway and this was a departure from her more recent films.

  Amazing movie...very emotional and suspenseful. Will keep you at the edge of your seat at all times. The plot is also very thorough with action starting right at the beginning. Excellent movie.
