  Sorry Everyone. I'm not sure if it's just an Avatar hangover, must this movie missed the mark. Looks great, but looks are deceiving. Story is weak and directing bad. I doubt if I'll ever waist my time and money again on a Ritchie movie. I just keep wondering what a better director could have done with this star cast. A lot more, I suspect. Anyway, don't waist your money.

  Poor movie, kind of criminale. The music was not appropriate. I love the actors but not in this mess of the good old Holmes and the contemporary american hero. OK, there is fun watching this film and nothing else.

  We saw Avatar 3D and Sherlock Homes on the same day - I liked them both but would have to say Sherlock Holmes was more to my liking. Robert Downey Jr. is fantastic as is this movie!

  Fantastic Film. Robert Downey is fast becoming a legendary actor. The man is brilliant. Few actors if any could pull this off so expertly. Downey and Law had great chemistry.Props and script were terrific...I smell oscar !!

  this movie was fair, EXEPT FOR THE FACT THAT IT IS ABSOLUTLY NOTHING LIKE SHERLOCK HOLMES!!!! mr.holms' caractor is NOT AT ALL violent and he NEVER uses brute force unless absolutly nesisary!!!
