  Lord of the rings is the best movie of all time, never saw a better one, but the ending was a little too different from the book, but i guess it would have been another hour if it was done right!!But amazing movie!!!

  is the best movie i`ve ever seen... i never saw "SEAN ASTIN" in another movie before... but he is excelent!! For me is the best actor in the movie!

  Tolkien would have been proud. So many good books have been butchered by some movie makers. Thank you Peter Jackson and all involved for staying true to the story.

  Those who complain about the long ending should read the book and must keep in mind that this is the ending of 3 movies not just one, they could have made the ending 2hrs long and that would have been OK in my book!

  Peter Jackson wanted to stay true to the book with the hobbit ending. But they could`ve done without the "good-bye Frodo and Sam`s family" ending.
