  I haven't seen the original Mad Max movies so I can't compare them. So I can only say how it stands on its own, and it stands very well. It isn't very subtle but its very mature and intelligent.

  This one has judge dread meets water world undertones ... love the shoot em up and crazy machinery ! Non stop action

  CRAP, and I wish theaters would STOP showing movies in "3D ". They are NOT woth it!

  Very different and exciting. Surely missed Mel Gibson though. Enjoyed the utter different world that was created! Enjoyed the experience! By the way, hated BIRDMAN moie. Had to force myself to sit through it. Stupid movie!

  Utter garbage! Save your money and spend it on something that you might actually enjoy! I have all the original Mad Max movies with Mel Gibson, so I was curious to see this so-called sequel. It does not deserve to be mentioned in the same breath. It is so unbelievably pathetic that all the participants in the movie should be embarrassed to have their names associated with it!
