3.5/5.0 Cute movie but slow moving plot. Although 70min length, it seemed much longer. Main character is somewhat of a wus.

What a funny film, and incredibly accurate. How else can you describe the random and risk taking adventures of dating, especially a Foozball and sex crazed women. A great range of characters and a romantic story unfolds in a storyline about acceptance and finding love.

I consider this movie to be a lesson to Hollywood: You don't need a big budget or big stars to make a fantastic movie. Case in point - Ben's At Home, I learned from the Q&As, cost about 20k and stars incredible actors you have never heard of that should be stars but are not because they're Canadian. In spite of that, or maybe because of that, this is a movie that glows in every frame. Its about a guy who decides not to leave the house anymore after breaking up with his girlfriend. Who can't relate to that? I certainly can. It's one of the few comedies ive seen that don't drag or overstay their welcome. And it all feels wonderfully understated and real. Please go see and support this gem.

The best Canadian movie I have ever seen. Period. It (very deservedly) won Best Feature at the Canadian Film Festival and I think that's due to the star making turns by the cast, the wonderful music, and writing and directing that keeps you interested and invested even though most of the movie takes place in one location. This is an important movie to see. The first by what I expect will be a huge force in North American cinema in the coming years.

I saw this movie at the Montreal World Film Festival after reading about it in the Gazette. It was the find of the festival for me. Really funny and really sweet comedy that my girlfriend and I found to be incredibly relatable and well made. Reminded me of the Duplass Brothers at their best. The acting was fantastic and im surprised that the lead actor isnt yet a household name. Im guessing he will be after this movie. Highly recommended.
