  I prefer this movie (and all movies) in NOT 3D! I loved the cinematography! Great action and plot! Amazing actors and costumes!

  When will they learn. Remaking a bad movie with new fangled special effects does not make it better. The original movie was so bad, it's fun to watch for camp value alone, as well as the cutting edge stop motion animation. The remake is a snore with very expensive SFX. Not even worth a rental.

  Although there were some good action sequences the abundance of massive plot holes along with the selection of shots obviously scripted specifically for 3D with no regard for the advancement of the story equals a failing grade.

  This is a fantastic movie to watch. I have seen the previous movie - This one, thanks to technology, has a greater impact. Good story line and characters

  A terrible movie. Signifies everything that is wrong with modern movies. Lazy script, unimaginative special effects and poor character development. I never thought a movie with giant scorpions could be so uninteresting.

  Very few remakes are as good as the original. Good acting, story, action and special effects make this a movie worth seeing.

  What an amazing movie. Reminds me a lot like the God of War games. Definitely recommended.

  It wasn't that bad but I have not seen the original to compare it too.
