  If avid comic fans can divorce themselves from the X-Men origins established in the comic mythos, they will be in for a treat. The excellent cast, engaging script, strong performances and seamless special effects make this a must-see summer movie.

  Great story of the origins of some of the X-Men characters. They may not be the original X-Men from the comic, but they all have a distinct role in the story. The character development of Charles (Professor X) and Eric (Magneto), alone, is truely worth the the viewing experience.

  Very solid plot despite the obvious deviations from the comic books. I especially liked the cameo but I won't spoil it!
