  Loved the previous Star Trek and would give it a 10. The disapointment here is too much flash and neither enough depth nor enough dialogue. There were about 4 endings and it seem to keep restarting. Im not usually critical but this was a big disappointment. Star Wars have archetypal themes and messages that uplift you. This didnt. Perhaps the cover image of the ship going down Into Darkness is fitting. Lets see if next time it can spring back to life.

  Great cast. Kirk and Spock really resemble the originals.
