  I have been a Start Trek fan from day one and loved this movie. You Star trek fans that complain about every little thing(eg. Spocks ears are not pointy enough) , I suggest you get a life or a girlfriend...!

  Everything is sacrificed to spectacle; there is little room for subtle shadings of characterization; a couple of promising attempts at conversation are abortive and anomalous. The director seems to be constantly trying to outdo himself in terms of suspense and never-a-dull-moment pacing, but the script rehashes old plot devices, suggesting a franchise that has run out of ideas but has a limitless budget for special effects. Kirk comes across merely as someone who can be counted on to act with assurance and swagger, but his decisions are made with a minimum of debate and consultation; the movie seems to suggest that critical thinking is boring, and a Starfleet high council is treated as mer

  An Extremely good movie! The cast and the acting was great. All of the actors fit their characters perfectly.

  It was a good movie just like the first, hey wait a minute it is like the first only in reverse. Big ship in the beginning, big ship in the end, rise the star trek from gases, rise star trek from water, oooh, cant wait to see what he'll do to star wars. Hayden may have a job again with a cameo... I did say i like the movie right?
