Ok. I want to set the record straight with this movie. I am generally a open minded movie watcher. This is why I must say honestly this movie is reallllllllllllly boring. I mean going to the movies is supposed to be entertaining. Don't believe the hype......If curious wait to rent it. Truly a waste of time for any NORMAL movie watcher.

A very well-done film. Everyone in the theatre was tense with anticipation and fear. The acting is fantastic, along with everything else. Although the focus cleverly shifts from the man who finds the money to the sherrif, the former character was nevertheless extremely important, and his departure from the movie is ineffectively handled. It leaves the viewer wanting more...in the sence that it is unfullfiling. But maybe that's the feeling that the movie is going for. The viewers are just as powerless to change the outcome as the characters themselves. Intense.

Most audiences will look at the film and see only the simple plot of a fugitive and his two pursuers, but is there more being said and more being asked within the wide open spaces of No Country for Old Men? Indisputably.

This movie is absolutely incredible. No question it deserves to be named the best flick of the year. Suspenseful and brilliantly written - your heart will be pounding. Don't hesitate to see this movie just because some people didn't understand the ending... it was the closest thing possible to a film masterpiece.

The movie was going well -- I love the Cohen Brothers. However, something happened on the editing table. The last 20 minutes was building and then it ended. There was no closure. Too many unanswered questions. It wasn't a cliff hanger, it was more like "where's the rest??!!" I think I am just going to wait for DVD rentals, as I'm tired of spending so much money at the show and being disappointed in the end.

Astounding movie, the Coens have done it again. The tension created with the pacing is nerve-wracking. Every actor gives a great performance, somewhat subdued and understated, no hint of stereotypes. Dialogue is simple but wonderfully written. Just a great movie. I don't understand why it's such a big revelation that the movie is about Tommy Lee Jones' character - he narrated the opening speaking about his life and past, that kind of tells you right there who the movie is about.

The movie appeared to be going well and when the credits came on in what should have been the "middle" of the movie, I just shook my head. Stupid. Don't waste your money.
