I have read all of the Harry Potter books many, many times. The third book was my secound fav. but this movie disapointed me. Don`t get me wrong it was good but Alfonso left out lots of very important details, that some one who hasn`t read the book needs to know. The whole part in the Shreiking Shack should have been longer , but all in all it was good. Oh yah and Hermoine is getting really HOT!! Keith Ottawa, Ontario

I love the way the new director portrayed it. It`s more acurate to the books, and the kids seem a little more normal than they used to. Keep the the good work.

I was disappointed with the film. It is very different from the book. I would like the original director, Chris Columbus, to continue the production of the rest of the Harry Potter sequences using only his directing approach.

THis movie was good except they took out so much of the book. I am a bigger fan of the book this time but I know they will do a better job next time!

The best of the three so far--even though I loved the first two. Azkaban is more just a film, as opposed to a children`s film. Much more sophisticated, the kids are growing as actors, the director (Alfonso Cuaron) is magical! I wish he was directing the 4th one!

ALL GROWN UP! For all you who didn`t see the first two harry potter films because it was a "kids` movie" have no fear! the prisoner of azkaban is definately a solid movie, that`s more mature but still for all ages.

I was soooo disappointed by this film. I am a huge harry potter fan, and to see my favorite book of the five strayed from so drastically, (where did harry get the broom, who made the mauraders map, harry did not see petigrews name on the map, dementors don`t fly, ron and hermoine were fighting through the whole book, harry saw sirius at the quidditch match not a grim in the clouds, etc).VERY DISAPPOINTED!
