  This movie was good when it came out in the 80s, unfortunately the same story was reused here some 15 years later. If I had never seen the first, It might have been an amazing movie... alas, that is not the case. This movie is still good for anyone who has never seen the classic version, and the new generation will probably love this movie, like we loved the original!

  the same heart and soul that the original had and plenty of action to keep the audience entertained. jayden smith proves that he has the charisma and talent of his father. if he keeps it up he may take over as the prominent actor in the smith family.

  Almost everything in this movie was predictable, having seen the original movie. That said, it was cute and energetic and all of the kids in the theatre loved it!

  I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I did not expect it to be good but I was pleasantly surprised. There are some really great themes in this movie. Not as much humour as in the first movie but it's still a great watch. You feel for the character. Well done.

  The Karate Kid 2010 is better then expected. But it should have been named "The Kung-Fu Kid" since Jackie Chan taught him Chinese Kung-Fu!!!
