  Wasn't expecting much from this movie. I like Jackie Chan in his action movies but was think not a big fan of his family movies. The movie didn't start that well but really picked up as it went along and pulled itself into a great movie. More than I expected.

  Surprisingly good movie...Smith does a pretty good job for being a new kid on the block. Chan plays an excellent role where we not only get to see some action from him, but some deep emotion as well. A little drawn out in some parts, but worth the watch overall.

  The story of this movie is very corny and full of cliches. The young protagonist is too young and should not have been cast. It takes out the realism. The chinese scenery and the foray of world karate is interesting least. Overall, Mediocre.

  Good movie for the family, as long as the kids aren't too young. My husband still prefers the original, which is odd, considering he's a huge Jackie Chan fan. I liked it, but thought the fights were a little too real.

  Definitely did a feat that is nearly impossible; Improve on perfection; this movie will win your heart over. Jackie Chan's acting was well done and young Jaden Smith will win your heart with his performance. Move over Dad, "Will Smith" your son' s acting career may rise way beyond yours and dam-it your are so good too. Go see this new Karate Kid; you won't be disappointed.

  Jaden Smith I thought worked hard in this movie. The scenery was beautiful. Same story line left no mystery.
