  loved streep's performance...but she deserved more..as did thatcher herself. the movie was a huge let-down. poorly written and crafted. a wasted performance by streep.

  tour de force acting on meryl streeps part plus the makeup that went on...incredible. but the movie itself is not great. she deserves an oscar though.

  although the movie contains one of the best performances of our generation - streep as margaret thatcher is brilliant, the movie is a bit of a let down.

  did not like the movie - streep was great but the movie was disappointing and at times depressing. it focused on the present day and thatcher's dementia and hallucinations, there was a limited focus on her career.
