  The really negative reviews puzzle me. Did they see a different movie? I see a lot of movies and this was the best movie that's been out in a long time. In fact I thought it was terrific! The cinematography was superb, The casting was perfect, it had a good story, there was some romance, and of course lots of well done action. What's not to like? I was locked in for 140 minutes and enjoyed every minute. A sequel is a must now and I'll be there. For those who just like to be negative...just do us all a favour and stay away from the sequel.

  I like the way how Director Ridley Scott tried to connect history with the legend of Robin Hood, which made it unique. Despite the fact that some people were complaining about this is really NOT a Robin Hood movie. Psssh, think about it folks, it is a story about how Robin Hood become who he is, how could he become Robin Hood when he is already doing trick arrow shoots? 4.5/5 for the movie, my only problem is that it is TOO LONG! Really could cut off some scenes make it at 2 hours at MAX!

  Decent.. but nothing in the movie really stood out. movie itself is quite long too..3 stars

  Great back story and it was nice to finally see Robin Hood played by a man rather than little pretty boys.

  Although there has been a many attempts at telling the Robin Hood legend on film.. this is a new take that I found appealing. Scott's retelling of the Robin Hood myth is more a prequel than anything. Telling the story of BEFORE he became Robin in the Hood. Enjoyed Crowe's portrayal of the hero.

  Some people truely have absolutely NO taste for movies. The trailer hyped me up but in the end this movie was a piece of trash. I couldnt watch till the end it was that bad.
