  Didn't expect much from the movie. Maybe thats why I really liked. Very good story from comics, and very good fights scenes. Makes an 11 year old look very tough and beleiveable

  First, this movie is not for children...so any parent thinking about bringing their child should have their head examined. The movie is neither Oscar worthy nor is it at all boring. What it is, is entertainment in the most enjoyable mannor. It's a good mixture of comedy and action, action that at times is almost shocking with it's butality...especially involving the 11-year old "Hit Girl". I saw this movie with 3 friends, we're all late 30's to early 40's, and we all enjoyed the movie, money and time well-spent. Does Kick Ass, kick ass? Simply put, yes.

  loved it nerdy kid gets his ass beat always fun to watch. last action was pretty awesome. worth a watch

  It was kind of like the PG version of Kill Bill. I was expecting more UMPH! It just didn't quite get there...

  This is a terrific movie as it says that there is hope for all the dweebs out there. The action was great and the story and effects fantastic.

  There were a lot of reasons why this should have been good. But in the end, it just wasn't. I think the writing, more than anything, let it down.

  Entertaining but definatly not for the young comic book fans. It is R rated for a reason.
