Natalie Portman was great. But movie seems to have more of a psychological thriller aspect to it, rather than drama. There is also a lot of freehand camera recording(so you may get dizzy & nauseous, if you are prone to that).

Great performance by Natalie Portman! It was pretty predictable, but kept my attention nonetheless.

A film carried entirely by the psychologically-harrowing performance of Portman, a role that will surely garner her a Best Actress Oscar in several weeks. Aranovsky's unconventional style of direction and unique cinematography worked well in tandem with Portman's character's vulnerability to greate a genuinely disturbing descent into madness. The second-half could not maintain the momentum built up in the first portion of the film and it slows at various points but it's still a worthy Best Picture candidate. Mila Kunis displays superb versatility and range as Portman's anti-thetical opposite, mixing a blend of sensuality and danger to form an engaging antagonist.
