  My son & I saw th movie last week. We both loved it. Different role for Jackie Chan ... and that Jaden Smith is one endearing boy, besides being an excellent actor. 5 stars from us.

  Very entertaining. I can't understand why the critics did not rate it higher. If the original Karate Kid movie was never made this would be a huge hit. One thing parents should mention to their children is the reality of life in China ie extreme poverty, worst pollution in the world,serious human rights punishment and violations. The movie makes China appear to be the most beautiful,friendly place to live.

  A little on the long side, but it does a great job of showcasing the talent of Jaden Smith, and it's probably Jackie Chan's best movie to date. It's really good, really enjoyable, with stunning scenery and amazing fight scenes.
