C'mon! Not a movie for kids at all. Snippets of stories put together from perspective of a horse. Can't believe this movie is a creation of Dreamworks!

If this movie seems very familiar it is because it is a clichéd mix of war movie, boy coming of age movie, and "Lassie Come Home" (if Lassie had been a horse).

I went to an advance screen and I hate the way horses are forced into dangerous situations. The horses were beautiful but the story is unrealistic. Because of all the violence and sorrow, I would recommend that you don't bring your children.

I was so real and so heart ranching! The most amazing real life scenes! I cried 90% of the time and so of it was terriblely real like with was hard to watch but it was and amazing movie and I will never forget it! take a lot of tissues as there was barely a dry eye in the place!

Another horse movie... Its nothing special. Does Spielberg really have nothing better to do with his time?

This is an incredibly powerful movie on so many levels. It will literally make you laugh, make you cry and make you cheer. How can a horse touch and affect so many lives during such a horrific period in our history and yet there is this thread of triumph and hope and perseverance that is intertwined through the despair and tragedy. The cinematography is exquisite, the acting is top notch. I can't wait for the movie to come out in general release so we can go see it again. Thank you to Tribute.ca for the passes.

A beautifully told story with a happy ending. Spielberg never disappoints. A great Christmas Day family film.

A brilliant adaptation of the book and fitting as a holiday movie.

Amazing movie. The cast was well chosen and did not take attention away from the story line. I am not one for a lot of noticeable digital animation, so I was very impressed with how life-like the action and fighting scenes were. The camera shots were awe-inspiring, really making me feel the emotion of the actors in the scenes. The horses training for the movie was top-notch. It really brought out and showed how much personality horses have; something that many people don’t get the chance to experience and have a hard time understanding, unless you own or work with horses.
