Do you know what I picked up on first in this press relasee: The feature is adapted from Don DeLillo’s novel of the same name and stars Robert Pattinson (Water For Elephants, The Twilight Saga). Notice that the credit for Rob for WFE comes BEFORE the mention of Twi. I know that doesn't seem like much, but ANY step that moves him away from the preconceptions that some critics/moviegoers have of him as that guy from the Twilight movies is VERY welcome, IMHO. And thank God Mr. Cronenberg has never gone Hollywood .

Thank you, Mr. Cronenberg, for helping Patzy to free from the lnuitac part of Edward's (yes, not Rob's) teen fan base. I've seen all of Pattinson's movies and it is obvious that even if he doesn't say it himself, (though he admits that his career is where it is thanks to Twilight) he wants to get out of it (and it can be a very difficult thing to achieve). He has a lot of potential and I think so far he has made very good decisions to evolve in his career. I think Bel Ami and Cosmopolis will finally help him, even if they do not make a lot of money. Well, it's the quality that matters, not box office results.

I look forward to sneeig Rob in the role of Eric Packer, he will be brilliant I'm sure. I loved him in Remember Me and WFE and can't wait to see Bel Ami in which he will surely show some of the personality traits of Eric as well, sneeig as though both men are pretty arragant and ruthless. Rob is going to be so yummy it both of these. Like many of you have mentioned it will be great to have Rob showcase his tallent outside the Twilight franchise if only to prove to the world that he can play other roles, but I am an older fan of his work in these movies as well and feel he showed a great deal of depth as Edward Cullen, and took that role very seriously, showing us a multi-fasceted character
