I am very excited about this pejroct for Robert, and it sounds like he is too…Thank you so much to Mr. Cronenberg for giving him the vote of confidence, and a chance, I feel, for Robert to shed off Twilight and the image of Edward…He is a better actor than that Saga gave him the chance to be, though I am, as I know he is, appreciative that he had such a big opportunity…I’m just so happy it has lead to “real” opportunities to show his talent, with such with a wonderful director as David, and a script that depends on the director and the main actor mainly…When I read a

Do you know what I picked up on first in this press relsaee: The feature is adapted from Don DeLillo’s novel of the same name and stars Robert Pattinson (Water For Elephants, The Twilight Saga). Notice that the credit for Rob for WFE comes BEFORE the mention of Twi. I know that doesn't seem like much, but ANY step that moves him away from the preconceptions that some critics/moviegoers have of him as that guy from the Twilight movies is VERY welcome, IMHO. And thank God Mr. Cronenberg has never gone Hollywood .

It is simply at face value, entertainment. Pattinson's performance is inpeccable and slowly builds throughout to a cresendo within the final minutes of the movie as his character unravels. Enjoyed it throughly.
