  A great performance by George Clooney. A real story about loss and distance in a family. You will laugh and cry throughout this film. A beautifully told story.

  A very good movie that touches upon a lot of emotions. Clooney gives a great performance, which is likely the best of his career. Excellent supporting cast as well.

  A coming of age movie where the guy coming of age is a 50-year old man whose wife has been in a waterskiing accident and will never recover consciousness. when he tries to bring his family together - he's the back-up paernt and pretty clueless - he learns his wife had been having an affair. Now, he has to deal with that knowledge; bring his family together, and decide the fate of 250,000 acres of primo Hawaiian real estate that his family has owned for more than a century. George Clooney will probably grab an Oscar® nomination for Best Actor for the role and Shailene Woodley could get a Best supporting Actress nod as his olest daughter. The Descendants is both funny and dramatic

  I loved the movie,,,,,,the scenery was great ,George and girls were fantastic. Sad but entertaining movie.

  I loved the characters in the movie. George Clooney is wonderful in the role and I found it very well done.
