  Simply not as good as the other two. Just a bunch of re-hashed jokes. It wasn`t a BAD movie because it did have funny jokes, but they were all the same, so it doesn`t fall into the category of GOOD. Another problem was that it didn`t parody (save for the exception of the rather bad character Goldmember) the James Bond films it was originally designed to mock.
