it was good enough to see twice and more. i love dev patel's understated comedic timing. he has lines that are worth remembering. a funny one is "and by small investment, i mean medium-size or maybe larger." they need to have more movies for these senior actors. they have so much talent to offer.

i've seen it twice and noticed some things i missed the first time. there are so many great lines like: "everything will be good in the end, and if it is not yet good, then clearly, it is not yet the end." all the actors played their roles perfectly and dev held his own with the veterans. it was such a different role from his slumdog and he suited it perfectly. i'll see it again.

if i could have given it more start, i would. the story is so wonderfully told and the cinematography is beautiful. i did not find the movie slow paced at all and became thoroughly engrossed in the story. there isn't one character you don't care about. when it was over i still wanted more. go see this movie.

What really got me was the wtehaer the aliens weren't bad, but living in Texas and having had to get in the closet for tornadoes and such just made me realize how freaked out I would be at THAT wtehaer. Edge of the seat definently. White knuckles too I think :0.

You don't have to have over the top special effects, action, nudity or coarse language to have a great movie. The characters and their issues would have been enough, but seeing and feeling India at the same time makes it fantastic.

Laugh out loud movie. Don't know if younger people would appreciate it as much as the over 50 crowd. Great story line as well as funny. Love feeling good after a movie...
