I liked the first one the best as the unknowing and eerie things that were happening was the best parts..this one is lacking, same with #2,I kept looking for what drew me in on number one..this was did not have the same effect..

Eerily compelling, this three-quel that's actually a prequel generates some true frights. What I liked best is the reference to a narrative that could keep the franchise going for years to come.

Excellent movie! Kept you on your feet! Loved it, watched all paranormal activities and find there just getting better, always keeps you guessing and wondering what is happeneing next.

"This was probably one of the best horror movies I have seen in a long time. It brought back the realistic nature of a ghost haunting without the need of excessive blood and gore. Definitely worth seeing in theaters."

The first one was better I find, it seemed more real and I guess because it was the first one coming out, however, the second and third I find were a little over done and seemed more fake.

The movie had an overall okay plot, and i am a huge fan of the first and second, but i felt the only reason this movie was scary was because of the loud noises. The first movie did not have to use loud abrupt noises in order to accomplish its goal, Which is why it was so scary but the only part that i actually felt was legitimately scary about this movie was the part when the gentlmen opens a door to find a swarm of cult-ish women. Overall plot was okay and it was an aright movie but i like my scary movies to linger fear into me after i leave the theater. Not just make me jump occasionally because of the loud noises it produces

This movie was incredibly well done. I love scary movies and most modern ones are hokey and hollywood. This one was not! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and spent a good portion of the movie watching it from behind my hands! I would recommend seeing it in theatres.

This movie tied everything into place and gave you more scares than you thought was possible. If you've read anything on the occult, demons, witches, etc, it will make a lot of sense, otherwise, I can see where people get lost after watching the whole movie.
