  the movie was good but not great. with the way the story unfolds, i feel that this movie should have been the sequel to batman begins and then go back and have the dark knight as a prequel.

  a brilliant conclusion to one of the most epic, well-produced trilogies in film history. tom hardy is a menacing villain as bane and christian bale turns in his best, most passionate performance of the series as the titular hero. the third act can be difficult to follow during the first viewing, but subsequent screenings iron out the details. this isn't director christopher nolan's finest effort, but it is a compelling, dramatic, and ultimately satisfying end to the franchise.

  this movie has everything you could want. i was riveted throughout the entire movie. if you're a fan of anything batman, you should see this movie. new characters, old characters, plot twists that kept me guessing, not to mention a heartwrenching performance by michael caine. it was such a fine and appropriate ending to nolan's batman trilogy. i'm going to see it again soon.

  crap crap crap.... the story was too long, the acting mainly poor, the sound was so bad we could only understand about 10% of the show.. nd last, but least, what idiot thought that a bad guy with a muzzle was a good idea? most of this dip dialogue was lost to the crappy effect of coming through the muzzle. do not waste your money.
