  i enjoy any movie that johnny depp is in. you can never tell it's him because of the awesome makeup.

  awful!! might have been amusing if it wasn't trying to be dark shadows. every throwaway attempt to bring to mind the old series made me cringe. not dark shadows at all. i thought burton and depp were fans of the show.

  teeth in neck or tongue in cheek. this campy remake of a serial tv program has tim burton's stamp of bizarre and humourous blended in.

  loved it! when i was a young teen i'd race home from school to watch the popular "soap opera" dark shadows. my mom as well as just about everyone loved barnabus, probebly because he was basically a good guy made to do evil by aq curse. the new one is just so funny and the special effects funtastic! i'd see it again!
