  i like that the batman series stayed dark and mysterious. i also like that there is a story being told its not just shoot them up and cool gadgets. this is a great trilogy and everything ties in to one another

  this entire batman series with christopher nolan at the helm has been amazing! all three films were exceptional - i liked them all the same, five stars each! i have an idea...every time hollywood wants to produce a top-notch action movie and they are thinking about getting michael bay to direct, i say hire christopher nolan instead!!

  Big fan of the previous movies and left disappointed in how "light" the dark knight really is. Got watch the dark knight rise at least 3 times in this flick. We get it already. Sheesh.

  when you try to close every loose end in the last of a trilogy, either you hire a crackerjack writer or you write itself indulging your viewers into a series of long winded almost comic scenes with bale in husky voice going at it. the action is superb and the acting is very good. i was amazed at how well anne hathaway pulled it off! kudos
