Inside Lara Roxx Synopsis
Lara Roxx, a young woman from Montreal, moves to Los Angeles where, within two months, she contracts HIV while working in porn films. She tries to overcome her drug addiction and psychological problems back home in a Montreal psychiatric ward; struggling to build a new identity in spite of her past.
