Earwig Synopsis

Earwig tells the story of a young girl Mia (Romane Hemelaers), whose teeth are made of ice. Mia is forbidden from leaving the apartment she shares with her guardian Albert (Paul Hilton), where the shutters are always closed, restricting her from any contact with the outside world. The telephone rings regularly from a man known only as the Master, who enquires after Mia's wellbeing and the wellbeing of her teeth, which melt daily. On one such occasion, Albert is unexpectedly instructed that he must prepare the child to leave.
