The Instigators (Apple TV+) Synopsis
Marine Rory (Matt Damon) and ex-con Cobby (Casey Affleck) are unlikely partners thrown together for a heist. However, when the job goes wrong and they find out that not only are the police after them, but a dangerous crime boss who wants them dead before they can talk to the authorities, they team up.
Rory convinces his therapist, Dr. Donna Rivera (Hong Chau), to pretend to be their hostage to ensure that they'll stay alive.
