Dead Lover Synopsis

A lonely gravedigger who feels cursed by her own corpse-like stench but dreams of love and a normal life. She finally meets her ideal partner, a poetic aristocrat known as her "Lover," and the two quickly fall into an intense, obsessive romance. But their happiness is cut short when he drowns at sea, leaving behind only a single severed finger.

Consumed by grief and refusing to accept that he is gone, the gravedigger turns to increasingly strange and forbidden experiments in a desperate bid to bring him back. Each attempt unravels reality a little further, triggering grotesque, absurd consequences as bodies, identities, and even the idea of love itself begin to twist, fracture, and mutate beyond recognition.
