Bad Haircut Synopsis
College misfit Billy Crumpus (Spencer Harrison Levin, #ChadGetsTheAxe) has hit rock bottom. After one humiliation too many, his friends drag him to their favorite barber in hopes a fresh cut will fix his life. Enter Mick (a gloriously unhinged Frankie Ray), an eccentric stylist whose methods are… unconventional, to say the least.
