Evil Dead Rise Synopsis
When Beth (Lily Sullivan) finds out she's pregnant, she takes a flight to visit her sister, Ellie (Alyssa Sutherland), who has always been the more stable one. Upon arrival, she discovers to her dismay that Ellie's life is falling apart. Ellie's husband has left her and their three children and they have to find somewhere to live.
When an earthquake hits, Ellie's kids find a hole in the parking garage. Her son discovers a copy of the Book of the Dead and several recordings of readings from the book by a priest that were made in the 1920s. However, their discovery unleashes a demon.
